Word of the day: John 14 vs 13 – You shall have whatever you ask in HIS name.

John  14:13 – KJV – And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

John 14:13 – NLT – You can ask for anything in my name, and I will do it, so that the Son can bring glory to the Father.

John 14:13 – AMP – “Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.”

John 14:13 – GNB – And I will do whatever you ask for in my name, so that the Father’s glory will be shown through the Son.

John 14:13 – MSG – From now on, whatever you request along the lines of who I am and what I am doing, I’ll do it. That’s how the Father will be seen for who he is in the Son. I mean it.

Key: Whatsoever you request in the name of Jesus He would do only if you believe in Him. God does not hear sinners (John 9:31)

Action: If you are yet to believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus I Lord please do so today, so that your prayers won’t be just a tongue speaking exercise.
