Good morning, please with regards to the 21days dry fast, let’s say one decides to take custard or Pap around 6pm,does it mean you must not add milk ,sugar, just the liquid alone, else its not considered as a dry fast. Thanks

wen does the 21 days dry fasting end?

The dry fasting should be observed within the 49 days of fast. For instance, if you have started the dry fasting today it would end on the 1st of February.

Greetings in the name of the most high God. Please kindly help clarify.

    1. Can my fast be a combination of dry and normal? Eg. 2 days dry and 2 days normal?

    2. For dry fast, what can be consumed? And how often?

Thank you and may Gods blessings be ours. Amen

Good day. It is advisable you choose one. For the dry fasting you can take Garri in the evening each day or pap with milk. Stay blessed

Hi Sir, I have been on the normal fasting, but I have been breaking at 3pm and few times 12pm because I’m breastfeeding. Hope I’m on the right track?

Good evening sir, my friend is on dry fasting but she takes drinks sometimes or eat carrot when she is breaking by 5pm or 6pm. Sir is she on the right track of the fasting. Thanks sir and God bless you sir

    • Oluwafemi Olaonipekun says:

To take drinks is fine. Fresh fruit juice highly recommended to restore vitamins to the body. But eating carrot is a wrong thing to do.
