The Light Impacts Daily Devotional – ASSESSING GOD’S POWER

O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is; To see thy power and thy glory..” Psalms 63:1-2.

The Christian race is a game of power. It takes power to run and win a race. To emerge a winner, knowing and assessing the Power bank of God becomes inevitable. The Holy Spirit is God’s power bank.

Power is not free. Upon Jesus’ resurrection, He boldly said He’s in charge of all power in heaven & on earth; but for you to assess it there must be waiting. Matthew 28:18, Luke 24:49. A waiting in the place of prayers, studying the Word. There’s a need for your outward man to perish for your inward man to be renewed. You are Graced.

Action cue: For you not to be a capon & mincemeat for the devil. You need God’s power.
